How can I buy from Meat Perfection?

Option 1:

  • Visit our shop in person at 3/48 Amiens Ave, Milperra NSW 2214.
  • Open 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 7am - 1pm Saturday - Closed Sunday.

Option 2:

  • Browse our large range under the ‘Shop Online’ tab on the website
  • Select the products and quantity that you want and add to the cart
  • Enter your credit card through our secure payment page
  • Choose your desired delivery or pickup option.
  • You will receive an order confirmation at the end of the transaction, followed by an email confirmation.

Do you deliver to my area?

Meat Perfection deliver to the Sydney Metropolitan area, with free delivery for orders over $100 to addresses within 5km of our Milperra shop.

What days do you deliver and how much is it?

  • Next day deliveries are available 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) with a delivery fee of $30.
  • Cut off for orders is 3pm for delivery the next business day to Sydney Metro
    • Orders placed after 10 am will be processed for the following day.
    • Orders placed after 10 am on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

When do you deliver?

  • Our deliveries are usually between between 7am and 6pm. Please note that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may fall outside of these times.
  • You will receive a text message and/or email the night prior around 8pm which will give you an ET

How will my order be delivered?

Products are packaged in Chilltainer boxes with ice packs that have been designed and tested to keep products at required temperatures for 4 hours from delivery. Ideally the order should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receiving therefore it is important to have the order delivered to an address where someone can receive it.

We accept no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated after 4 hours from time of delivery (depending on weather).

If nobody is available to take collection of the order, we will do our best to contact you on the number you provide us to discuss a suitable place for us to leave your order. If instructed, we can leave your order with a concierge, at reception or any place designated by you. Otherwise we will find a safe place for your delivery to be left.

A request for re-delivery is possible however will be at a cost of an additional $30.00. Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Meat Perfection. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have handed over the goods. The delivery charge is $30.00 and FREE for all orders over $100, within local area.

What happens if I have a problem with my delivery?

What is your returns policy?

We pride ourselves on providing fresh, quality meat to our customers. In the event that you have received product that you are not satisfied with due to either quality or an error, please ensure to contact us immediately. You will receive a phone call from a member of our team and each scenario will be treated individually. If there is an issue that has occurred on our end, goods will be replaced. Refunds to the amount regarding the goods in question may also be considered pending circumstances. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.
